The object of the company: development, manufacturing and sales of innovative design products focusing on accessories for computers, video, and audio, including all related activities. The data is collected, processed, and used in the performance of the declared purpose of the company. Description of the groups of persons affected and the respective data or data categories: Data pertaining to customers, suppliers, staff, job applicants, and data pertaining to other interested parties required to fulfill the purposes stated under 4. Upon demand, we will be glad to tell you by which procedure your data may be stored and which data is concerned. Recipients or categories of recipient to whom data may be passed: Public authorities in the case of overriding legal provisions, external contractors according to Sec. 11 Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, as well as external authorities or internal departments of aqualonis GmbH for fulfilling the purposes named under 4. Time limits for the deletion of data: The legislative bodies have decreed various duties to keep and retain records as well as corresponding time limits. After expiration of these periods, the corresponding personal data will be routinely deleted.
